24 Pallet Mobile Vacuum Cooler
Complete vacuum cooling package. The vacuum tube is capable of cooling 24 pallets of lettuce in about 22-24 minutes. The in-feed conveyor belt will accomodate 24 pallets for pre-staging an entire load. The out-feed conveyor belt is also able to hold 24 pallets allowing removal of a complete cooled product load. Good for lettuce, broccoli, celery, cauliflower, cabbage. 8-9 years old except tube was built in 1970 (excellent condition and engineering plans available to double capacity); COOLING EQUIPMENT: Vacuum Tube (24 pallets 84" height, touch screen/PLC control, Cornell 2CBS-2-4 Refrigeration pumps.
